Obviously, you need Evernote application installed in your PC. If you already have Evernote in your PC, it is fine. If you do not have Evernote application in your PC, head to this link, download Evernote and install it. After installing and signing in to Evernote, go to your desktop and create a new shortcut. To create a new shortcut, just right-click on the empty place of your desktop, go to New and select Shortcut.
Now, you have to enter the path of your application. It generally create shortcuts for application. Nevertheless, you can use this feature to create shortcut for Evernote notebook as well. Just enter the following path into the empty box.
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Evernote\Evernote\ENScript.exe" showNotes /q "notebook:YourNoteBook"
C:\Program Files (x86)\Evernote\Evernote is the installation path of my Evernote application. As this is a 64-bit operating system, the path looks like this. If you are using 32-bit machine, this may look different. In simple line, you have to enter the Evernote installation path.
Internship is my Notebook name. You have to replace
YourNoteBook with your own Notebook name as per your account and requirement.
After entering all these things, go to Next and enter a name so that you can recognize it.
Now, you have a dedicated shortcut on your desktop to open a specific Notebook.

At first, create a new desktop shortcut just like the aforementioned way and enter the following path, if you have single word Tag name.
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Evernote\Evernote\ENScript.exe" showNotes /q "tag:\"Post\""
Post is my tag name. Replace it with your own tag name.
For multi-word tag name, follow this pattern:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Evernote\Evernote\ENScript.exe" showNotes /q "tag:\"Your Tag\""
If you have used multi-word tag name for any multi-word note name and want to open them at once, do enter the following command.
