But Facebook does not have the facility for such a scenario while you want to share a video from Facebook with those who do not have a Facebook account. Also, Facebook does not provide any code for the shake of embedding videos in a webpage.

Some famous video sharing sites like YouTube allows you to upload a video from your local disk and provide a code for that video to embed at any where you wish. This facilitates users to watch that video without having any account with those sites.

Unlike those sites, Facebook do not have either the option of embedding videos or does not provide any URL that can be accessed publicly. But this tutorial can open the door for those who still want their Facebook videos to be shared with the people not on Facebook.

Share The Facebook Videos with Friends Outside Facebook

If you find any video on Facebook interesting and want to share with you friend without having any knowledge whether he has a Facebook account or not, you can follow this method.

Clicking on the video link will let you to go to the video page.

Actually the Facebook Video page contains all the videos of Facebook with their unique ID. When you click on the video, you will go to the page with the URL as following format.

www.facebook.com/video/video.php?v=XXX XXX ( where XXXXXX is the Video ID).

Now a simple modification in the above URL will make it accessible from your browser. Paste www.facebook.com/v/XXXXXX in the address bar of your browser and hit Enter. The SWF video should be loaded there.

Voila! Anyone can now access that video with the above URL from any computer, not necessarily having any Facebook account. To share the video with your friend, simply send the URL in the above format (www.facebook.com/v/XXXXXX) via email.

How to Embed the videos From Facebook in a Webpage

Facebook does not provide any code for the videos to embed it in a webpage. But if you like to embed the videos from Facebook in your blog post or website, grab the video ID (XXXXXX) from the above guide line and replace XXXXXX in the following piece of code:

<object width="500" height="324" >
<param name="allowfullscreen" value="true" />
<param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always" />
<param name="movie" value="http://www.facebook.com/v/xxxxxx" />
<embed src="http://www.facebook.com/v/xxxxxx" type="application/x-shockwave-flash"
allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="500" height="324">
</embed>
</object>

You can re-size the appearance by changing the width and height. Pasting the above code will embed the video in your page and it will be available for any user – there is no need to have any Facebook account to watch that.

If you do not like to play with codes and use WordPress for your blogging platform, you can use a simple plugin, Facebook Embed.
